Benefits Administration tasks such as but not limited to:

  • Processing Requests for Payment (all benefits)
  • Service Award Processing (crediting, printing & distribution of certificates, etc)
  • Government reports, remittances and loan payments (PHIC, SSS & PAGIBIG)
  • Filing of R1A report to SSS portal.
  • EE claims SSS: maternity, sickness, EC claims
  • Reporting to Accounting: cash rewards, MI charges, GC liquidation
  • HMO enrollment / termination from HMI
  • Submit summary of charges to Accounts Payable for the charging of HMI
  • Payroll reports
  • Clinic Management (doctor & nurse schedule, supplies & medicines, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR Benefits Administration
  • SAP experience and familiarity in benefits processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities
  • Knowledgeable of statutory reports and remittance processing (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG)
  • Loan Administration (statutory loan, company loan, bank loan, etc) is preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work at 16th Floor, Greenfield Tower Mayflower St., corner Wiliams St., Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
