About the role
The Supervisor, HR Benefits will manage the administration and implementation of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees receive comprehensive support. This includes overseeing healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize offerings.
What you'll be doing:
- Administer and implement employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, retirement, leave policies)
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Align benefits programs with HR strategy and business goals
- Conduct audits and reviews to improve benefits policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver employee communications and training on benefits
- Contribute to enhancing total rewards offerings to attract and retain talent
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in a benefits role, ideally in retail or consumer goods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Canva (a plus)
