Job Description

  • Lead the adoption and strategic direction of IT platforms, including WCM, ECM, CCM, and API.
  • Spearhead the re-architecture and redevelopment of the API platform to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide platform owners on best practices in platform ownership and management.
  • Drive the technical engineering efforts for platform development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the platform operations team to establish effective support frameworks for each platform.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT leader with expertise in managing and re-architecting complex technology platforms. They possess strong technical engineering skills, experience mentoring teams, and a deep understanding of platform ownership fundamentals.
