Our passion is to 'Help People Succeed', focusing on our customers, brokers, partners, and colleagues. Role OverviewThis role is within the IT team, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure. We operate a hybrid model: three days in the office, two days remote.

The position is based in Manila, BGC, Taguig City. ResponsibilitiesAs a Platform Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain IaC, PaaS, and IaaS infrastructure solutions. Working closely with developers, architects, designers, analysts, and product owners, you'll focus on automation, tooling, and cloud infrastructure.

Candidate ProfileWe seek an experienced, hands-on Platform Engineer passionate about automation and skilled in cloud technologies. The ideal candidate enjoys practical work and collaboration. Experience designing solutions for clients using M365 or Azure to meet infrastructure needs.

Ability to monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency. Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, networks, storage, and application gateways. Experience with IaC tools like ARM templates or Terraform.

Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages. Understanding of networking, security, and protocols in Azure environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies. Relevant degree; financial services experience is a plus but not essential.
