Position Title

Head, After-Sales Fulfillment Department

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing a team in attending to all consumer lending customers' post-booking needs and ensuring that necessary controls are set and being observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported and monitored in accordance with the regulatory and Bank policies.

Qualifications
  • College Graduate
  • At least 5-7 years of managerial or senior managerial experience in consumer lending or financial services.
  • Strong background in aftersales, loan servicing, or fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of consumer lending products, such as auto loans, or home equity loans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to drive decisions and improvements.
