National Marketing Head

Role (specific function and responsibilities in the job):
The Head of Marketing is the strategic arm of the company in terms of pricing, product placements, packaging, penetration / revival of new or unattended industries ensuring high profitability that will sustain business operations.
Responsibilities:
Dictate branding, positioning, and pricing strategies through careful analysis of data gathered.
Review submitted plans and strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, On-Ground Advertising, Mass Market Communications.
Objectively evaluates the results for each marketing campaign through quantifiable KPIs.
Oversee digital marketing efforts such as social media marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing, websites, and the entire support system for Ecommerce.
Analyze consumer behavior and product trends through thorough understanding of various reports generated from the system and through industry updates from third party resources.
Continuous research on current competition, up and coming competition as well as market demand for the company's products and services.
Regular review on market pricing from supplier's end, client's end and from competition's end.
Determines product positioning and market segmentation of new and existing products.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand current market share to contribute to the overall business growth.
Collaborate with internal business partners such as the Supply Chain Department in ensuring stocking levels are safe and able to meet sales demands. IT Department to optimize marketing technologies, systems, and data management. Sales Department to make sure that selling efforts are aligned. Finance Department to determine budgetary allocations for every project or campaign.
Ensure that target profitability is met or exceeded on a per brand basis.
Qualifications (Competencies and Skill set required):
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing, Digital Innovation or Communications
At least 12-15 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 8 years in a senior or national role
Experience with various digital marketing platforms
Advanced knowledge of marketing technologies, analytical platforms and CRM Systems
Advanced in the application of modern technologies like generative AI
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to collaborate.
Attention to details.
Strong leadership skills and possess strategic mindset
High competence in project management and high ability to manage budgets and resources.
High analytical skills, rational and fact driven
Strong sense of creativity and innovation
Willingness to travel to support national level operations.
