Now Hiring: Department Head – Construction Equipment Sales

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: ₱85,000 – ₱120,000 + incentives & benefits

Do you have solid experience selling heavy construction equipment like Excavators, Backhoes, or Bulldozers?

We're looking for a proven sales leader with deep industry expertise to drive growth in our Construction Equipment (CE) Department. You'll build and lead a team, manage strategic dealer relationships, and oversee nationwide sales operations for top-tier heavy equipment brands.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Own and drive the CE department's sales strategy, targets, and performance
  • Analyze sales trends and market gaps, and implement action plans to hit business objectives
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Champion continuous process improvement and operational excellence

Team Development & Coaching:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of CE Account Officers (5 to be hired)
  • Provide sales training, field coaching, and performance monitoring
  • Foster a results-driven, customer-focused team culture

Sales & Dealer Management:

  • Expand our portfolio of construction equipment through strategic partnerships
  • Develop strong relationships with key local and international equipment dealers/distributors
  • Oversee pricing, negotiation, and contract management for large-volume sales
  • Represent the CE department in cross-functional leadership meetings and initiatives

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 10–15 years of sales experience in construction equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, draglines, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or department head role
  • Strong track record in leading large equipment sales, leasing, or financing
  • Background in banking or equipment finance is a plus
