Job Summary
The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for our skincare brand. This role is responsible for brand positioning, driving market share growth, and strengthening consumer engagement. The Marketing Head will oversee all aspects of marketing including brand management, digital marketing, influencer/KOL partnerships, product launches, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Brand Management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Define and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends in the skincare industry.
Digital & Campaign Management
- Oversee digital marketing efforts across social media, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
- Manage influencer and KOL collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns including product launches, seasonal promotions, and partnerships.
Product & Market Development
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with consumer needs.
- Design go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Gather customer insights to guide innovation and positioning.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver high-performance results.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and e-commerce departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance & Budget Management
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare, manage, and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong background in digital marketing, influencer management, and brand building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce and omnichannel marketing.
- Strong network with influencers, media, and beauty communities.
- Data-driven with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
