Employee Referral Program - Engagement Lead

Position Summary

The ERP Engagement Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing initiatives that drive participation and success in the company's Employee Referral Program. You will ensure ERP activities are engaging, well-communicated, and aligned with iSupport Worldwide's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, track results, and deliver projects on time and within budget—fostering a culture of active employee participation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • ERP Engagement Activities Administration
    • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP engagement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
    • Conduct employee surveys to align activities with expectations
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identify risks, and address delays
    • Measure project success through defined metrics and implement improvements
    • Maintain accurate project documentation for transparency
  • ERP Communications
    • Serve as the primary contact for ERP inquiries and updates
    • Collaborate with Marketing to create communication materials for ERP campaigns
    • Cascade monthly activity announcements via email and other channels
    • Track and report participation rates by client
  • Event Hosting and Facilitation
    • Host ERP-related employee engagement events onsite and virtual
    • Organize interactive activities to boost participation
    • Encourage and maintain high engagement levels during events
    • Gather and respond to feedback during and after events
  • ERP Application Status Monitoring
    • Ensure prompt resolution of concerns from referring employees
    • Monitor and track status of referred applications
    • Conduct floor walks to raise awareness of open roles
    • Maintain accurate and confidential program data
  • Employee Engagement Project Support
    • Provide logistical support for engagement activities
    • Assist the Employee Engagement Lead with planning and implementation
    • Foster strong employee connections to understand needs and preferences
  • Liquidation and Expense Custodianship
    • Submit accurate liquidation reports on time
    • Organize and safeguard receipts and financial records for ERP activities
    • Manage prizes and ensure correct crediting of rewards
Key Skills (Required)
  • Strong hosting and presentation skills (onsite and virtual)
  • Events planning and execution
  • Project management from planning to execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years' experience in employee engagement or related field
  • Proven experience hosting events and activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
