POSITION:
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM - ENGAGEMENT LEAD

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employee Referral Program (ERP) – Engagement Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and

overseeing initiatives that drive participation and success in the company's Employee Referral Program.

This role ensures ERP activities are engaging, well-communicated, and aligned with iSupport WoldWide's

strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, track

program results, and deliver projects on time and within budget—while fostering a culture of active

employee participation.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Engagement Activities Administration



Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP engagement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.



Conduct employee surveys to align activities with employee expectations.



Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying and addressing risks or delays.



Measure project success through defined metrics and recommend improvements.



Maintain accurate project documentation for transparency and accountability.

2. ERP Communications



Serve as the primary contact for ERP-related inquiries and updates.



Collaborate with Marketing to create communication materials for ERP campaigns.



Cascade monthly activity announcements via email and other channels.



Track and report participation rates by client.

3. Event Hosting and Facilitation


• Host all ERP-related employee engagement events, both onsite and virtual.


• Organize interactive activities to boost participation.


• Encourage and maintain high engagement levels throughout events.


• Gather and respond to feedback during and after events.

4. ERP Application Status Monitoring


• Ensure prompt resolution of concerns from employees who refer candidates.


• Monitor and track the status of all referred applications.


• Conduct floor walks to raise awareness of open roles.


• Maintain accurate and confidential program data.

5. Employee Engagement Project Support


• Provide logistical support for engagement activities.


• Assist the Employee Engagement Lead with planning and implementation.


• Foster strong employee connections to understand needs and preferences.

6. Liquidation and Expense Custodianship


• Submit accurate liquidation reports on time.


• Organize and safeguard receipts and financial records for ERP activities.


• Manage prizes and ensure correct crediting of rewards.

KEY SKILLS (REQUIRED):


• Strong hosting and presentation skills (onsite and virtual)

• Project management from planning to execution


• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills


• Organizational and coordination skills


• Effective written and verbal communication

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:


• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course


• At least 2 years' experience in employee engagement or related field


• Proven experience hosting events and activities


• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
