Job Summary:

The HR Assistant – Employee Engagement develops and manages programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. This role is crucial for fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employees feel valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Design and execute a calendar of engagement events, from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations.
  • Culture & Communication: Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.
  • Logistics & Admin: Manage budgets and logistics for all engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software for design is an advantage.

  • Schedule: Full-time, standard hours are 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT).
  • Location: Primarily a full-time remote role.
  • Onsite Requirement: Must be willing to go onsite for company events and major celebrations.
