Job Description

A senior HR leader is responsible for driving strategic learning and development initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. They develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • This includes designing and delivering training programs, coaching, mentorship, and other learning experiences to foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and deliver training programs, coaching, and mentorship opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Organizational Development Projects: Conduct assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead Talent Management Programs: Oversee succession planning, career development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Partner with leaders to understand their needs, develop solutions, and ensure that learning and OD initiatives align with business goals.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to understand the business context and develop learning and OD strategies that align with business goals.
  • Knowledge of Learning and Development Principles and Practices: Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design, and different learning modalities.
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Change Management: Ability to effectively manage organizational change initiatives.
  • Relevant Degree or Certifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, or a related field is typically required.
