Duties & Responsibilities:


• Supervise the projects from pre-construction phase to completion.


• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and related parties to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones


• Develop a strategic plan for the construction project which includes timelines, phases of work, manpower schedule, and materials delivery schedule and other resources


• Manage the daily inventory of materials and tools, and submit reports to head office on time.


• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, cost estimates, billing invoice and progress updates.


• Report to superiors on the daily construction activities personally or through various medium of communication being used.


• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor and report progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to address delays or issues.


• Attend weekly coordination meetings with developer's representatives, direct contractors, sub-contractors and all groups and workers involved in the construction project


• Ensure successful project turnover, punch listing and lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, B.S In Architecture, B.S In Industrial Technology major in Civil Technology or its equivalent

2. At least 1-3 years' experience in either or all the ff. areas- structural, civil, architectural and finishing works

3. Well- versed with estimating works and construction methodologies

4. High sense of integrity and dependability

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6. Must be willing to be assigned in Tungkop Minglanilla Cebu

7. Can start as soon as possible
