HR Intern Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
HR Intern Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Willing to work on site from 9am to 6pm flexible time (earliest time in 9am while latest is 11am). Monday's to Friday's.
Location: 4th floor, Five E-Com Center, Pacific Drive, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
