HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff members regarding schedules, time off, pay, and other HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during absences, manage staff schedules, and track attendance.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our PEO platform on a biweekly basis.
  • Assist staff with ordering office and medical supplies, while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to PEO for assistance, keeping leadership informed.
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
  • Conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.
  • Support job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal SOPs as needed.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, or text during EST business hours.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
