Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, HR and Admin

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR and Admin Executive to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and line managers, maintaining liaison with law enforcement agencies, and handling various HR-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to management and line managers.
  • Maintain effective liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  • Prepare and send administrative and HR letters and emails.
  • Handle HR issues including planning, recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Follow up on compliance issues and ensure technician/labour compliance.
  • Provide employee counseling and grievance handling services.
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Resolve administrative problems and maintain efficient office operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel nationwide for company-related activities.
  • Efficient work delivery and ability to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
Education Requirements:

MBA (Major HR/MIS) / LLB or any other discipline completed from a reputable university.
