Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our employee population across multiple regions, handling front-line and back-office HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Maintain process documentation and drive consistency across global operations.
  • Audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
