JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists in the end to end recruitment cycle.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Recruitment
i. Processes Personnel Requisition.
ii. Job Posting Invite qualified applicants based on the approved Personnel Requisition Requisition (Personnel Requisition).
iv. Screens and selects of qualified applicants based on their credentials and written exam/s.
v. Conducts background investigation as requested.
vi. Prepares for Notice of Personnel Action .
vii. Preparation of Probationary contract.
viii. Monitors and processes 3rd and 5th performance appraisal for employees under probation.
ix. Preparation of Regularization contract.
x. Prepares Semestral contract
xi. Prepares Appointment letters
xii. Route contracts for notarization
xiii. Facilitates employee onboarding
xiv. Endorses documents for HRIS upload
b. Organizes meetings and documentations of the following:
i. Committee on Faculty Rank and Promotion
ii. Manpower Committee
c. Monitor HCMO cellular phone's usage.
d. And other tasks that maybe assigned to his/her by his/her supervisor or Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-B.S. Psychology Graduate
-Registered Psychometrician
-At least 1 year relevant experience in related field
-Proficient in MS Office applications – in particular, Word, Excel and Power Point
-Knowledgeable in all facets of HR functions including Labor Law and CHED provisions of faculty employment.
-Ability to make sound and impartial decisions
-Organized and can work without direct supervision – a self-starter.
-Human relations skills in dealing with different level of the organization.
-Familiarity with other departments operation and procedures for proper coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
