We are seeking a visionary sales leader with deep expertise in the glass, aluminum, and façade industry to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth in landmark construction projects. This role calls for someone who can combine technical knowledge, market insight, and strong leadership to bring façade innovations to life.

Core Functions
  • Spearhead sales and business development strategies for façade systems (glass, aluminum, curtain walls, cladding, glazing).

  • Establish and expand relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

  • Oversee tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations with technical accuracy and profitability in mind.

  • Drive market expansion and project acquisition in Metro Manila and nationwide.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team towards achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Extensive network in the construction and façade industry.

  • Willing to travel for client meetings, bids, and project inspections.
