Smart Structures Australia is a boutique team of passionate engineers delivering variety of exciting residential and commercial development projects across NSW and Australia. The projects range from luxury houses to mid and high-rise buildings. Working with Smart Structures Australia will provide you with high level of technical support and mentoring program by reputable principal engineers who have been delivering successful projects in national and international scales.

As a structural engineer/drafter, you will be producing quality structural drawings for all aspects of structural engineering, included but not limited to buildings, houses & shoring systems using company standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Structural Engineering and drafting
  • Previous structural engineering work experience in essential
  • Previous drafting work experience in Revit is preffered
  • Experienced with Concrete, Steel and Timber design codes
  • Experienced in detailing Concrete Structures
  • Demonstrated timber & steel connection experience
  • Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Ability to develop detailed drawings
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and prioritise accordingly
  • Strong computer skills
  • You will have adequate verbal and written English communication skills
