About the Job

What We're Looking For

  • Web Development Expertise:
    Strong proficiency in
    WordPress (custom themes & plugins), PHP (Laravel), JavaScript
    , and
    Shopify
    for e-commerce and lead-gen builds.
  • E-Commerce & Payment Integration:
    Hands-on skills in
    payment gateways, product catalog setup, landing pages, and ad pixel integration
    .
  • Reusable Website Architecture:
    Ability to
    create modular/global sections
    reusable across multiple websites.
  • AI-Enhanced Development:
    Confident use of
    AI tools for coding, bug-fixing, automation, and optimization
    .
  • SEO & Performance Optimization:
    Experience in
    site speed, responsive design, technical SEO, and conversion optimization
    .
  • Integrations & Automation:
    CRM and API integrations, third-party app connections, and workflow automation (Zapier, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Data & Analytics:
    Proficiency in
    GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM, Microsoft Clarity
    for campaign and user behavior tracking.
  • Hosting & Deployment:
    Familiarity with
    AWS, cPanel, GitHub, Nginx/Apache
    for secure, reliable deployments.
  • Security & Maintenance:
    Knowledge of
    best practices for security, backups, and updates
    .
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong
    English communication
    to collaborate with global clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of web development experience with proven expertise in
    WordPress and Shopify
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    e-commerce builds, payment integration, and lead-gen websites
    .
  • Strong background in
    UI/UX (Figma), responsive design, and SEO alignment
    .
  • Portfolio showcasing
    live projects/previous work
    (lead-gen sites, e-commerce stores, landing pages).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
