About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Partner who thrives in a high-volume, offshore setting. This role requires a proven leader who can manage multiple client accounts, oversee large-scale teams, and deliver consistent results while building strong, long-term relationships with clients across Australian, New Zealand, US, and United Kingdom markets.

As a key partner to our clients, you will be responsible for driving retention, growth, and satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, from HR and Operations to C-Suite executives.
  • Anticipate client needs, address escalations promptly, and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
  • Manage and support 30–50 FTEs across multiple client accounts.
  • Oversee performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives to maintain high employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with internal operations to ensure staffing, workforce planning, and SLAs/KPIs are consistently met.
  • Track and report on client and team performance, including utilization, SLA adherence, and health metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommend solutions that balance client needs with operational realities.
  • Lead client meetings and business reviews with clarity and confidence.
  • Tailor communication styles to regional preferences (e.g., direct US vs. collaborative AU/NZ).
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations/Team Lead role within a BPO, or offshore environment
  • Demonstrated success working with Australian, New Zealand, US, and United Kingdom clients.
  • Proven ability to manage 30–50 FTEs across multiple accounts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English; able to handle escalations and present with confidence.
  • Skilled in SLA tracking, KPI management, workforce planning, and CRM/ticketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and solutions-driven with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule to meet global client needs.

Note: This is a temporary project role, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
