Order Management Processor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and billing details.

  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery, providing updates and resolving any order-related issues or delays.

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.

  • Validate order data against customer agreements, promotions, and inventory availability.

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, changes, cancellations, and customer interactions within SAP and related systems.

  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and customers regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to order processing and delivery.

  • Identify and escalate system or operational issues that impact order processing.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and SOPs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics support.

  • Proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module or relevant ERP order management system.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with inventory and logistics processes is a plus.

  • MS Office intermediate level knowledge and processing skills
