The Role

As an Order Expeditor/ Order Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that purchase orders (POs) are delivered on time and in full. You'll track, monitor, and follow up with suppliers, generate weekly reports, and escalate overdue POs as needed. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage supplier-side PO process (confirmation, release, delivery coordination)

Track and expedite deliveries to ensure contractual deadlines are met

Handle correspondence related to shipments, delivery, and quality/quantity concerns

Generate weekly expediting reports and escalate overdue POs

Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Ensure compliance with QMS, ISMS, EHS, EMS, and Data Privacy Act policies

Support audit requirements, CAPA compliance, and security incident reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of direct expediting/order cycle management experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work mid and night shifts
  • 100% onsite in Alabang
