Moder Solutions, Inc is looking for Mortgage Loans Processors

Location: Alabang Town Center

Shift: US Night Shift

Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Loans Processor, you'll be at the heart of the loan process -- supporting borrowers from application through closing. You'll prepare and organize loan files for underwriting, review approval conditions, and work directly with borrowers and third-party providers (such as title, insurance, and appraisal partners) to ensure all requirements are met. Once conditions are satisfied, you'll resubmit files for final approval and coordinate with all parties to facilitate an accurate, timely, and seamless closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications, disclosures, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Order and track third-party services (title, appraisal, insurance, etc.)
  • Collect and verify borrower documentation within required timeframes
  • Review underwriting approvals and work with borrowers/partners to clear conditions
  • Resubmit loan files for underwriting review and secure final "Clear to Close" approval
  • Coordinate with borrowers, internal teams, and external partners to prepare for closing
  • Ensure accuracy of fees, disclosures, and closing packages to support a smooth funding process

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years minimum of experience in mortgage processing, loan coordination, or underwriting support
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
  • A problem-solving, customer-focused mindset
