A global solutions provider is looking for an Eligibility Management Processor to join its growing team. This role is responsible for processing eligibility-related transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day operations through efficient and compliant data handling.

The Eligibility Management Processor will ensure accurate enrollment and benefit-related updates within internal systems and external carriers. The role involves following defined processes and quality standards, as well as collaborating with internal teams to meet performance targets. Ongoing training and adherence to company protocols and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles and analyzes Eligibility Management processing of cases in accordance with the client's processes and specifications to meet the set targets and deliverables.

  • Ensures accuracy of encoded data such as but not limited to benefit enrollments (system & benefit carrier), benefit terminations (system & benefit carrier), and processing changes on customer's benefit elections (system & benefit carrier) to maintain data integrity and quality.

  • Adheres to the channel's standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure work alignment across the channel.

  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training, when necessary, to continuously develop knowledge and skills.

  • Performs other requested tasks related to benefit processing to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.

  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.

  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in any field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with strong communication skills

  • At least 1 year of work experience is preferred, but we are also open to more experienced candidates as long as they are amenable to the offered work setup and salary

  • Candidates without experience in benefits administration or insurance may still apply if they have at least customer service or data entry experience in a BPO setting
