We are looking for Missing Bills Processor to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a relevant or related role/capacity
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a shifting schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects using a web-based project management tool.
  • Generate and analyze missing bill reports in our expense management software.
  • Download and process online invoices.
  • Contact vendors via phone to request and track down missing invoices.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records in the expense management software, including contact details and invoice delivery methods.
  • Document call summaries, including the name of the representative spoken to.
  • Conduct approximately 20-30 calls per day to resolve missing bill issues.
  • Provide daily account update spreadsheets, noting accounts that require filtering, deactivation, or escalation.
  • Research and implement new methods for consistent invoice retrieval.
