Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor, the Data Management Processor is responsible for accomplishing data entry tasks in accordance with the client's quality requirements and specifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Key-ins accurately pertinent information of an order into the client-supplied application to meet project specifications.
  • Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field of order to ensure high quality and precision of output.
  • Performs other tasks related to project specifications.
  • Adheres to the channel's standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when necessary.
  • Reports on all issues encountered with client-supplied applications to immediate superior.
  • Reports machine/network breakdown to immediate superior
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of work experience &/or years of experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
