About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Lead to join our dynamic growth team in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by connecting with people, passionate about innovation, and eager to be part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-powered communication.
As a BD, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts—responsible for engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships, and driving interest in our cutting-edge voice automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and social channels. Qualify leads and hand off to account executives or partners when appropriate.
- Partner Support: Collaborate with channel partners to assist in product demos and sales enablement. Ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to effectively present our solutions.
- Solution Pitching: Introduce AI Rudder’s products to new prospects and articulate the value of AI voice automation in transforming their customer engagement strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build and execute growth strategies. Share insights from the field to improve campaigns and outreach effectiveness.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track outreach, manage leads, and deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects, acting as a trusted first point of contact.
- You have 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS , BFSI , TMT , or Healthcare sectors.
- You're highly motivated and curious about AI and emerging technologies in customer experience.
- You’re an excellent communicator , comfortable initiating conversations across phone, email, and digital platforms.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are results-driven , always working to exceed your goals.
- You're a quick learner who can rapidly understand product features and industry context.
- You enjoy collaborating with teammates and believe that growth is a team sport.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
