Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our growing team. As a BDO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the reach of our services/products. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a passion for business development or someone with prior experience, we welcome applicants who are eager to grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and networking.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients or partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve growth goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • We are open to hiring passionate and motivated fresh graduates with strong potential for growth.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results driven.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Knowledge of Canon and Epson products (printers, copiers, and related equipment) is a strong advantage.
