Role Overview As the Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and scaling company operations in the Philippines. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of financial services, partnership development, and B2B growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to secure funding partnerships with banks and financial institutions Lead B2B user acquisition efforts in coordination with the marketing team Manage third-party vendors and negotiate commercial contracts Establish and grow key partnerships to support business expansion Represent the company in relevant industry meetings and networking opportunities Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to support product and business decisions Ideal Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field Background in FinTech, technology, or e-commerce is highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field What's on Offer?
