Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive FBL and MCL growth and expansion in the Philippines-Manila market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and negotiate contracts to increase volume, revenue, and profits.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. commercial platform, finance, legal, and operations) to align on business objectives and ensure successful execution.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce and/or logistics (specifically warehouse and fulfillment) industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sustainable business growth and closing major deals in the Philippines market.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
