
Business Development Manager

This role is a blend of business development (offers, pipeline, strategy) and client success (retention, upsells, satisfaction). You'll collaborate closely with our Founder, Project Manager, and Finance Associate to refine service offerings, support SaaS business plans, and ensure clients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
Client Success & Retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and follow up after key milestones.
- Deliver weekly transparency updates (time + technical summaries).
- Track and report on client feedback; recommend improvements.
- Build case studies and success stories highlighting client work.
- Support upselling project clients into ongoing retainer agreements.
Business Development
- Refine offers/packages (fractional tech team retainers, SaaS MVP packages).
- Support the creation of SaaS product business plans.
- Assist with pitch decks, proposals, and investor materials.
- Conduct research on competitors, markets, and pricing benchmarks.
Pipeline & CRM
- Build and manage CRM pipelines in ClickUp for clients and prospects.
- Track proposals, renewals, and follow-ups — ensuring no opportunity slips.
- Implement automations (proposal reminders, renewal alerts).
- Create dashboards for leadership to monitor pipeline, deal velocity, and client health.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, client success, or business operations.
- Strong communication skills — confident with both client-facing and internal updates.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical mindset — able to spot gaps and recommend improvements.
- Experience with CRM tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a software agency or SaaS environment.
- Background in client success/account management.
- Understanding of SaaS products and development cycles.
Growth Path

- Grow into Business Development Manager, owning client retention, partnerships, and revenue generation as CodeBlu scales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
