As an Account Executive, you will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries and give every company the best representation of our services. You know that feedback and coaching will help accelerate your growth You are organized, thorough, and complete tasks appropriately in a timely manner Duties and Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for new business prospects by handling incoming demos and determining the next steps for each prospect. Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record all sales activities in our CRM. Move leads through the sales funnel by performing active follow‑ups via calling, texting, emailing, and LinkedIn. Communicate and persuade warm leads using emails and phone calls. Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's revenue targets are met. The Ideal Candidate Possesses Grit – Ambitious, driven, and fearless in the face of rejection. Coachability – Tremendous desire to learn about FinTech and constantly improve in a “no‑egos” environment. Emotional Intelligence – Ability to read emotional cues, understand a customer’s needs, and navigate a conversation. Customer‑Facing Experience – Experience in dealing with customers face‑to‑face or over the phone (sales is an extra plus). Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology/Cognitive Studies, Communication, English, or similar. Experience 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in Sales, business development, account management/executive, or marketing. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested leads/prospects and converting them to paid customers. Substantive experience conducting prospect follow‑ups using calls, email cadences, and texting to reach leads/prospects. Experience conducting virtual product demos, answering questions, upselling, and customizing product/service pricing. Experience negotiating with customers, handling objections, and working with customers in various industries. Robust experience representing the company’s products and services, leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs. Tech‑savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication in English. Works effectively and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced and changing environment (required). Experience with CRMs (Airtable, Pipedrive, or equivalent), prospecting software, Google Meet/Zoom, Discord or Slack, Clickup, Zoho or G‑Suite (preferred). Compensation PHP 38k to PHP 50k per month, bonus range 20k to 100k+ (uncapped, earned through exceeding at the job and hitting your goals).
