Job Title: Account ExecutiveShift: EST (4 hours daily)Agent Rate: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000 Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Account Executive to focus on the initial phase of the sales cycle — lead qualification . The primary responsibility is to engage potential buyers of Latex and Nitrile Gloves for various facilities, gather key contact and purchasing information, and confirm their authority to buy. This role is essential in identifying truly qualified leads that meet the client’s strict criteria, including the buyer’s willingness to accept a promotional gift card . Key Responsibilities (Based on the attached lead qualifying scripts and client-provided details) Identify and Contact Authorized Buyers Determine and connect with the individual responsible for purchasing Latex and Nitrile Disposable Gloves for the facility. If the buyer’s details are missing from the lead, obtain and verify this information. Execute Promotional Gift Card Offers Clearly communicate a special promotion involving an Amazon or Walmart gift card and catalog to encourage trial orders of the company’s gloves. Confirm Lead Qualification Criteria Gather and verify all required details to confirm a prospect as a qualified lead, including: Facility name and address Buyer’s full name, title, and direct contact number Confirmation of buyer’s purchasing authority (without additional authorization) Specific products purchased (type, color, and approximate monthly volume) Buyer’s acceptance of a specific promotional gift card (mandatory for qualification) Date and time of contact Ensure Data Accuracy and Lead Submission Verify correct spelling and details of the buyer’s name and mailing address (for gift card delivery). Submit leads promptly to the designated company email. Coordinate Next Steps Inform the buyer that the manager, Al , may reach out soon for an introduction call. Maintain Excellent Communication Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects in a friendly, conversational, and professional manner. Qualifications (As outlined in the client’s lead qualification scripts) Exceptional Communication and Persuasion Skills — Ability to connect naturally with buyers, maintaining a friendly and conversational tone. Goal-Oriented with Strong Attention to Detail — Must follow the qualification script precisely and confirm buyer authorization and interest. Ability to Build Rapport and Represent the Brand Professionally — Deliver a polished, professional impression that encourages buyers to recommend your service to the manager.
