Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly, go-to contact for both new and long-time clients.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring everything gets done on time and meets expectations.
  • Keep everyone in the loop by updating internal teams and clients on progress and key touchpoints.
  • Share and promote our products to help grow relationships with current clients and introduce them to new ones.
  • Offer reliable support after a sale to keep clients happy and coming back.
  • Organize important documents like proposals, budgets, job orders, and sales agreements to keep things running efficiently.
  • Plan and maintain the team’s calendar to make sure workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.
  • Handle negotiations and keep accurate records of deals and client information.
  • Make sure everything we produce follows industry rules and aligns with brand standards (ASC, FDA, DTI, etc.).
  • Turn client goals into clear, creative briefs the team can run with.
  • Work with outside suppliers to help get projects across the finish line.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in Advertising or any related field.
  • Must live within NCR (Metro Manila).
  • Knowledgeable in market research, sales, and negotiating principles;
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office or other related software;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
