Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring everything gets done on time and meets expectations. Keep everyone in the loop by updating internal teams and clients on progress and key touchpoints. Share and promote our products to help grow relationships with current clients and introduce them to new ones. Offer reliable support after a sale to keep clients happy and coming back. Organize important documents like proposals, budgets, job orders, and sales agreements to keep things running efficiently. Plan and maintain the team’s calendar to make sure workloads are balanced and deadlines are met. Handle negotiations and keep accurate records of deals and client information. Make sure everything we produce follows industry rules and aligns with brand standards (ASC, FDA, DTI, etc.). Turn client goals into clear, creative briefs the team can run with. Work with outside suppliers to help get projects across the finish line. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related courses. At least 1 year experience in Advertising or any related field. Must live within NCR (Metro Manila). Knowledgeable in market research, sales, and negotiating principles; Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office or other related software; Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills; Organizational and time-management skills.
