Job Description An Accounts and Finance Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of an organization. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to effectively collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless financial operations and contribute to strategic planning and implementation of financial policies. Responsibilities Manage daily financial transactions and ensure all records are accurately maintained. Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures. Analyze financial data and provide insights to guide decision‑making processes. Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies found. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits to ensure compliance. Develop and implement financial management and control systems to reduce risk. Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against the budgeted figures. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of financial reports to senior management. Provide financial analysis to support business strategy and operational planning. Collaborate with department heads to improve financial processes and functionalities. Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure all company operations comply with them. Support the finance team with ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Proven work experience in accounting or finance, preferably as an executive. Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and related legislation. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, especially Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various financial duties. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments.
