Overview Job Description The HR Organizational Development (Lead Consultant) provides strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services, which assist organizations in improving productivity and overall performance. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end human capital services such as, but not limited to, Compensation & Benefits, Long-term Incentive Plans, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Optimization, Organizational Development and Effectiveness. Perform HR process review and people analytics. Lead, manage and coach associate consultants. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive business development. Directly collaborate with clients and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR operations compliance. Qualifications Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in organizational development (OD), change management, and compensation & benefits. Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage. Capable of presenting reports to clients and teams. Willing to travel to different engagement locations as preferred by clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
