The Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a vital role in cultivating a purpose-driven, values-centered, and high-performing organization. The role focuses on designing, leading, and evaluating programs that strengthen organizational culture, promote the JUSTICE Core Values, enhance employee engagement, and improve internal communication.

You will partner with leaders and teams to ensure that every employee's experience reflects the company's mission, vision, and values while building a sense of belonging and commitment across all levels.

KEY JOB ROLES:

Culture Building and Values Formation

  • Design, implement, and sustain culture-building initiatives that strengthen organizational identity and reinforce the JUSTICE Core Values.
  • Co-lead with the HR Strategic Director in spearheading culture-shaping programs such as Hybrid Pillar Days, JUSTICE Values Programs, and other enterprise-wide engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders and departments to embed company values into everyday practices, rituals, and people processes.
  • Assess and monitor organizational culture health through surveys, focus groups, and feedback tools, using insights to refine culture interventions.

Employee Engagement and Experience

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement framework that promotes connection, motivation, and alignment with organizational purpose.
  • Design and manage engagement activities and campaigns that celebrate achievements, foster belonging, and recognize employees who exemplify the JUSTICE Core Values.
  • Analyze engagement data and recommend strategies to strengthen employee morale, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with HR Operations and leaders to ensure that engagement initiatives are integrated into the full employee life cycle.

Employee Communications

  • Lead the creation and implementation of internal communication strategies and campaigns that inform, inspire, and connect employees to the company's mission and culture.
  • Develop compelling content (e.g., newsletters, updates, digital posts, and employee stories) that reinforce values and highlight organizational milestones.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent, and values-aligned messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Support leaders and managers in cascading key messages and reinforcing open, two-way communication within teams.

Organizational Development and Change Support

  • Support organizational change initiatives by helping teams adapt to transformation through communication, engagement, and alignment strategies.
  • Facilitate activities and tools that strengthen collaboration, team effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with HR leadership to assess organizational health and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational development, culture building, or employee engagement, preferably in a social enterprise or mission-driven organization.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing culture, values, and employee engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing internal communications and organizational change projects.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives
