Join to apply for the HR & Admin Officer role at HR Spectacles . This is a hybrid role for a HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing General HR tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of the timekeeping report to be submitted to the Accounting department every payroll cut-off. In charge of record maintenance and inventory for SSS, PhilHealth & Home Development Mutual Fund premium remittance & loan payments. Set up and coordinate meetings & conferences. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior, in relation to the role. Accountable for employees 201 files. Completion with all employees documents. Constantly updates 201 files. Employment contract signed by MD for new employees. Coordinates general upkeep of the office. Cleaning/maintenance schedule followed. Schedule monthly pest control if needed. Responsible for employee-related matters. Contracts of Probationary and Regular employees. Performance Evaluation. Personnel Action Form / Salary Increase / Adjustment. Monitor leaves, tardiness, and absences. Renewal of employees HMO coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field. With 2-3 years of experience. HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills. Knowledge and experience in using Sprout HR/Payroll will be an advantage. Strong command of written and spoken English. Strong project management and organization skills. Good work ethic, collaborative, and open-minded. Comfortable working independently and highly resourceful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the media or fashion industry is a plus.
