The ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD) MANAGER will focus on shaping the growth and development of employees to achieve their full God-given potential while supporting clients to meet their strategic business and impact goals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs and activities to enhance the knowledge, skills and engagement of the workforce. Likewise, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives to shape the organizational culture and promote the core values in fostering a positive, productive, and high performing work environment. KEY JOB ROLES: Culture Shaping and Core Values Education (Special Projects Management ) Co-lead with the HR Strategic Director in spearheading the shaping of the corporate culture by curating resources, foster collaboration and enhance employee experience Measure the effectiveness and impact of both the learning and development and culture-building programs (Hybrid Pillar Days), and continuously refine interventions based on feedback and data Employee Engagement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and employee engagement, and implement innovative approaches to support employee development and organizational commitment of employees. Learning and Development Conduct training needs assessment and develop customized learning and development programs and courses to address competency gaps to support strategic organization objectives EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Minimum 7 years of experience in culture building and learning and development with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs and projects Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and projects that foster employee engagement and social impact CORE COMPETENCIES: Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees Proficiency in using learning management tools, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills Passion for Social Impact: A genuine commitment to the mission of the social enterprise and the desire to create meaningful change through organizational development and training Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with the ability to work across departments and with diverse groups of people Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible and responsive to the dynamic nature of social enterprises and changing organizational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
