LOCATION: Seda National Office

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To formulate and manage (plan, organise, control, and lead) the rollout and implementation strategies of all Special Projects within the Enterprise Development Division Network, ensuring stakeholder participation across the value chain.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Develop and manage strategies and frameworks for the rollout and implementation of all Special Projects and sector-based programmes.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in the public and private sectors for project implementation.
  • Ensure detailed monthly reporting on all programmes.
  • Manage and oversee the utilization of portals and application systems by the network.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric (NQF Level 4), Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7), plus Honours or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8), in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) and a qualification in Project Management are advantageous.
INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 8-10 years’ experience in development, design, and management of small enterprise support programmes, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Project/Programme Management.
  • Understanding of the small enterprise development sector.
  • Knowledge of the PFMA, Treasury regulations, and legislation is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate programmes.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
