DIVISION: Office of the Chief Financial Officer

LOCATION: National Office

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure an effective and efficient tender administration function within Seda.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Implement SCM strategy and activity plan
  2. Manage the bidding process and ensure compliance with SCM Policy
  3. Facilitate and manage tender contracting activities
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics
  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics (added advantage)
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 4-6 years’ work experience in Supply Chain Management environment
  • At least 3 years’ experience in:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of public sector SCM legislative
    • SCM policy and procedures, PFMA, PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations, BBBEE amended Codes of Good Practice, and other applicable legislations
