NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1
DIVISION: Office of the Chief Financial Officer
LOCATION: National Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo ensure an effective and efficient tender administration function within Seda.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS- Implement SCM strategy and activity plan
- Manage the bidding process and ensure compliance with SCM Policy
- Facilitate and manage tender contracting activities
- Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics (added advantage)
- 4-6 years’ work experience in Supply Chain Management environment
- At least 3 years’ experience in:
- Comprehensive knowledge of public sector SCM legislative
- SCM policy and procedures, PFMA, PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations, BBBEE amended Codes of Good Practice, and other applicable legislations
