Role Overview We are hiring a driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant responsible for assisting in staff recruitment efforts and contributing to the Human Resources function. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of the company through high-volume talent acquisition coordination. The ideal candidate for this role is adept at supporting a variety of simultaneous tasks while maintaining close attention to details and organization. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will operate in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for a bright, motivated individual who is eager to grow with our team as we continue to build an inclusive and high functioning organization. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a focus on efficiency Regularly produce and share reports on pipeline performance. Understand data to share strategic insights and recommendations for pipeline optimization. Partner with hiring managers to understand skills and experience needed to fill key openings. Facilitate recruitment processes for candidates presented by external hiring partners. Proactively source, screen, and recommend candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational alignment. Contribute to ongoing process improvements, recruitment metrics tracking, and best practice documentation. Administration & Coordination Facilitate job posting process including ensuring compliance, quality assurance, maintenance, organization and posting on online job boards. Assist with administration, organization and maintenance of ATS and other HR systems. Support the Human Resources team in administrative and organizational tasks, including new hire onboarding, documentation, and auditing. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support Experience with US-based or international companies Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM platforms Strong computer skills with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools Excellent relationship management and communication abilities across all levels Schedule Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am PHT What’s in it for you?
