Position Overview:

As a US Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our US counterpart's talent acquisition efforts.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Engagement

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement

Screening and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
  • Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants

Recruitment Strategies

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • At least college level
  • At least 1 year of US recruitment experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with ATS or any recruitment database in a call center setting
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
