About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts for our US Client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying top talent. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple requisitions, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO, technical, or volume hiring experience is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any related course.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Willing and able to work a night shift schedule.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
