Join to apply for the US Recruiter role at MedSpecialized, Inc. Position Overview As a US Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our US counterpart's talent acquisition efforts. Work Schedule: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite. Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu. Key Responsibilities Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes. Requirements At least college level. At least 1 year of US recruitment experience. At least 1 year of experience with ATS or any recruitment database in a call center setting. Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
