Job Description

The Product Development team is responsible for driving technical excellence and strategic product development across the Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS portfolios.

Reporting to the Product Management Lead, this role oversees the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Expert/Manager ensures product compliance with industry standards, cultivates strong partner relationships, leads project execution, and optimizes product design and pricing to keep products competitive and responsive to market demands.

Responsibilities
  1. Technical Excellence: Ensure products and services meet industry standards and technical specifications.
  2. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the ICT product portfolio, from conception to retirement, aligning with strategic goals and market needs.
  3. Customer & Partner Relations: Manage customer agreements, lead partner onboarding/offboarding, and maintain strong relationships to enhance commercial opportunities.
  4. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all products meet certifications and compliance standards, adapting to market and partner requirements.
  5. Project Management: Drive planning, execution, and oversight of product development projects.
  6. Product & Service Design: Define and refine specifications and service levels to meet customer expectations.
  7. Strategic Planning: Validate demand forecasts, support infrastructure development, and manage pricing strategies.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Implement product enhancements based on new technologies and customer feedback.
  9. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor product performance and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in ICT or Telco industries.
  • Experience in providing innovative solutions to enhance product lines.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs in the ICT space.
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks like ITIL, TMFORUM, COBIT, ISO standards, IFRS standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
