Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Korean or Mandarin IT Desk Support L1 located in Taguig. The IT Desk Support L1 will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting network and IT-related issues, and ensuring network security. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service support to resolve any technical issues.
