Position Independent Contractor – Korean L1 Service Desk Support Location: 1634 Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines Duration: 3–4 years of experience required Responsibilities Provide IT infrastructure field support, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and fix problems without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements. Basic understanding of PC hardware set‑up and configuration. Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and MAC OS. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Messaging, User Profile Administration, including remote troubleshooting, installation, and uninstallation of applications. Experience as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator in large & complex setups. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with emphasis on Windows (e.g., Win10, Win7). Experience with Outlook troubleshooting in a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, Windows laptops & Mac books, desktop, MFD, mobile & tablets). Experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management. Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time. MCP and ITIL certifications desirable but not mandatory. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Non‑Technical Requirements Good customer management skill. Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to interact and work with customers at different levels. Self‑driven and result‑oriented. Passionate about the work. Local language knowledge preferred. Fluent in Mandarin/Korean. Studied/Worked in South Korea is a plus. Proficient reading and writing in English.
